Welcome to MochiMotion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, storefront, digital products, and any content or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

MochiMotion ("we", "us", "our") is an online retailer of size-inclusive fitness apparel, equipment, and digital wellness products. Our registered contact address will be added here once our business registration is complete.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to browse our site and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place any order on your behalf.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy — we accept the order once payment is processed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. We'll refund any charge in that case.
• Discounts (including the launch discount and coupon codes) may not be combined with all promotions and may be modified or ended at any time.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided.

6. Digital products

Digital planners, courses, and downloads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to a digital product without our written permission. Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

7. AI-customized items

Our AI customization tool generates a preview image based on your prompt. The final product may differ from the preview. You are responsible for the content of your prompts and must not submit content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes anyone else's rights.

See our Returns Policy. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including logos, product photos, copy, and code — is owned by MochiMotion or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. User content & reviews

When you submit a review or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services. You represent that your content is truthful and does not violate anyone else's rights.

11. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated access without our written consent.
• Using the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt our systems.

12. Disclaimers

Our fitness and wellness content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MochiMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where MochiMotion is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in that state.
